Description Card reader board Card reader board cable Spare part number 913005-001 912991-001 IMPORTANT: You must remove the battery and left speaker to remove the card reader board. Before removing the card reader board, follow these steps: 1. Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. 3. Disconnect all external devices from the computer. 4. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 22). 5. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 23). 6. Remove the left speaker (see Speakers on page 33). Remove the card reader board: 1. Remove the Phillips M2.0×2.5 screw (1) that secures the card reader board to the computer. 2. Lift and position the card reader board so you can access the connector underneath (2). 3. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the bottom of the card reader board (3). IMPORTANT:
You must remove the battery and left speaker to remove the card reader board.
Before removing the card reader board, follow these steps:
1.
