This page provides a log of data collections that have been generated. All users can collect and download a log from this page. Admin users may also delete a log from this page. IMPORTANT: When you create a support ticket for the HP StoreOnce Backup system, it is saved locally at the time of collection. HP recommends that you download that support ticket as soon as possible, before doing anything else to the system, such as rebooting. 1. Press Collect to collect a support ticket. You are not permitted to run more than one manual collection at a time. Automatic collection however can have multiple sessions running. 2. Provide a name for the data collection. This is a text description field to allow the user to reference this ticket in the future. Valid characters are [A-Z], [a-z] and _ No other characters are allowed. Press OK.
