Download cannot be permitted when a manual Collect is in progress. Equivalent StoreOnce CLI commands • To create a support ticket: support create ticket. A ticket will be produced with the filename: tkt_.zip • To delete one or all support tickets:support del ticket or support del ticket ALL . NOTE: There are practical limitations on the number of devices that each host or HBA can access. It is possible to configure more drive and library devices than a host can access.The limit for Windows or Linux hosts using the iSCSI interface is 64.
