Table 22 Store fields Field Name Version Status Created Number of Catalyst items Size on disk User data stored Dedupe ratio Description The name of the store. This may be created manually through the HP StoreOnce Backup system or generated by the backup application. The version of the store. The status of the store. When you create a store you will see the status change until it becomes Online. The date and time that the store was created. The number of Catalyst items contained within the store. The size of the store on the disk. This is the physical disk space consumed, the actual size after deduplication. The amount of data stored. This is the amount of data that the user has backed up and reconciles with the logical data recorded on the backup application. The dedupe ratio which is the ratio of duplicate data against new data identified in the data job. Store details tab The Store Details tab displays the details that were specified when the store was created. Users with an Admin logon may create and edit store details. They may also delete stores. Table 23 Store details Name The name of the store. This may be created manually through the HP StoreOnce Backup system or generated by the backup application. Description A description for the store. Data job retention period (days) The retention period for information about data jobs. This information is displayed on the Data Jobs tab, which provides a log of all data job activity. The default is 90 days. Inbound Copy Log The retention period for information about inbound copy jobs. This information is displayed retention period (days) on the Inbound Copy Jobs tab, which provides a log of all data job activity. The default is 90 days. Outbound Copy Log The retention period for information about outbound copy jobs. This information is displayed retention period (days) on the Outbound Copy Jobs tab, which provides a log of all data job activity. The default is 90 days. Primary (default) transfer policy This may be High or Low. • High means all data is sent from the media server and deduplicated on the HP StoreOnce Backup system. This can also be described as target-side deduplication. • Low means that the media server deduplicates the data and sends only unique data. This can also be described as source-side deduplication. The primary transfer policy is the default transfer policy for the server. Each media server may be configured individually to use the most efficient transfer policy.
