Next Copy Attempt This is the time that the next copy will be attempted, if the previous one was unsuccessful. Time Copy Operation Cancelled This indicates whether the user has cancelled the copy job. System information messages A job may have been cancelled for the following reasons that will be shown in the Status Information: • Cancelled By User. This means that the customer cancelled the copy job either through the backup application or via the Management Console GUI. • Unexpected Error, something bad has happened but we do not know what. Contact HP Support. • Lock Release Request, the destination Catalyst item was opened by another process. This is unlikely to be seen by customers as their backup application should prevent this from occurring. • Out of Space, the customer has run out of disk space. The customer should take one of the following actions: 1. Expire backups that are no longer required and wait for housekeeping to free up space. 2. Purchase additional storage. 3. Perform the copy to a different store that has available free capacity. • Not Licensed, the destination store does not have a license in place to accept copies for this backup application. The customer should check the licenses installed. The copy job will need to be resubmitted once the license is applied. • Permission Denied, the client requesting the copy no longer has permission to access the destination store. The customer should check access permissions on the destination appliance and then resubmit the copy job. • ObjectStore Not Present, the destination store is no longer available. The customer should check the destination appliance and ensure the store exists. Customers are very unlikely to see this failure unless they delete a store whilst they have copies queued. • ObjectStore Origin Same As Destination; customers are unlikely to see this message as backup application should not allow you to copy backups within a store. • Object Not Present, customers are unlikely to see this message as backup application should not allow you to copy backups within a store. • Object Storage Mode Mismatch, customer will not see this error message yet because we only support one type of storage mode. • Server Incorrect Address Or Protocol, customers are very unlikely to see this error message as the backup application should validate their input. If they do encounter it they should probably check their backup application configuration. • Object Extent or Offset Invalid.This error message means that the backup application tried to copy a backup incorrectly.
