Removal and Replacement Procedures- Microtower (MT) Chassis 6.16 Speaker 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 6.1). 2. Remove the access panel and rotate the computer so the system board is parallel to the table to make it easier to work on (Section 6.3). 3. Move/remove any components necessary to gain access to the speaker. 4. Disconnect the speaker wire from the system board connector. 5. Remove the two plastic push pins that secure the speaker to the chassis. 6. Remove the speaker by lifting it up and out of the retaining clips. To install the speaker, reverse the removal procedures. Removal and Replacement Procedures— Microtower (MT) Chassis
6.16 Speaker
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (
Section 6.1
).
2. Remove the access panel and rotate the computer so the system board is parallel to the table
to make it easier to work on (
