To enter safe mode, use either of the following methods based on your tablet:  When your tablet is powered off, press and hold the power button until the power-on screen is displayed. Then press and hold the volume down button until Safe mode is displayed.  Press and hold the power button, from the displayed option menu, touch and hold Power off until Reboot to safe mode is displayed.
