3. Insert the drive into the desired unoccupied drive bay. Insert and tighten the screws that hold it in place. The following illustration shows a hard disk drive being installed in bay 2. 4. Insert the drive cage and slide it to the right until it stops at the front of the server; be sure that the screw holes in the drive cage are aligned with the screw holes in the support bracket. 5.
