Disable the Loader Watchdog. 4. Check integrity of the installed operating system. 5. Re-install the operating system with appropriate device drivers. Memory Port X Power Fault 1. Verify that microprocessor tray assembly is fully engaged with memory cassette. 2. Microprocessor tray assembly. Multiple fan failures v Replace any missing or failed fans or power supplies. OS Watchdog Triggered 1. Reconfigure O/S Watchdog timer to be a higher value. 2. Re-Install the Remote Supervisor Adapter II device driver for the appropriate operating system. 3. Disable the O/S Watchdog. 4. Check integrity of the installed operating system. 5. Re-install the operating system with appropriate device drivers. PFA Alert v See preceding entry in error log.
