46 EN • Turn on the VCR and the TV, and select the AV mode on the TV. • Set the [VCR/TV/CABLE/DBS] selector on the Remote to [VCR]. CHECK]. • The clock must be set to access the program list. • If you have not set the clock, the Main Menu screen appears after an error message is displayed. Refer to page 15 for the clock setting procedure. CHECK]. 4 Reengage timer recording standby mode Press [TIMER (j)]. • When "AUTO TIMER" (A page 68) is set to "ON", the timer recording standby mode automatically resumes when you turn off the VCR.

Cancel or change program setting
To change a program,
press the appropriate button:
[START+/–], [STOP+/–], [DATE+/–], [TV/VCR CH+/
–], [DAILY] (number [8]), [WEEKLY] (number [9])
and/or [REC SPEED], then press [OK].
•
“PROGRAM COMPLETED PRESS [TIMER] TO
ENTER TIMER STANDBY MODE” appears on the
screen, then press [OK] to return to the program
list.
