WRITING CONVENTIONS FOLLOWED The writing conventions described below have been followed to simplify instructions and avoid unnecessary repetition. Instruction Press [KEY]. Press Mic [KEY]. Press and hold [KEY]. Hold [KEY]. Press [KEY] + [ ]. Action Press and release KEY. Press and release KEY on the microphone. Press and hold KEY down for a moment, then release KEY. Press and hold KEY down until instructed to release KEY. With the transceiver power OFF, press and hold KEY, then switch the transceiver power ON by pressing [ ].
