13. When the screen freezes If the screen freezes or the phone does not respond when you try to operate it: Remove the battery, reinsert it, then turn the phone on. If it still does not work, please contact the service centre. 14. Do not connect your phone when you turn on/off your PC. Make sure you disconnect the data cable between your phone and PC; leaving it connected might cause errors on your PC. 45
