Adding a New Internal Phone Book Entry Your PCS Phone can store up to 99 Internal Phone Book entries. Phone book entries can store up to a total of five phone numbers and the entry's name can contain sixteen characters. To add a new entry: 1. From the main menu, select Phone Book ( 2 ). 2. Select New Entry ( 2 ). 3. Enter the phone number for the entry and press OK . 4. Select a label for the entry (Home, Home2, Office, Office 2, Mobile, Mobile 2, Pager, Fax, Fax2, or None) and press OK . 5. Enter a name for the new entry and press OK . 6. To select an option, highlight it and press OK . ᮣ Speed Dial to assign an available speed dial number to the entry. ᮣ Voice Dial to record a voice dial tag for the entry. (Press OK and record and repeat the voice dial tag as prompted.) Note: Record Voice Dial tags in a quiet environment and without the aid of an accessory (for example, a headset or Hands-Free Car Kit). After you have saved the number, the new Internal Phone Book entry is displayed. (See "Internal Phone Book Entry Options" on page 62.) Adding a New Internal Phone Book Entry
Your PCS Phone can store up to 99 Internal Phone Book entries. Phone
book entries can store up to a total of five phone numbers and the entry’s
name can contain sixteen characters.
To add a new entry:
1.
From the main menu, select
Phone Book

Enter the phone number for the entry and press
