Erasing a Day's Events To erase a scheduled day's events: 1. From the main menu, select Organizer ( 0 ). 2. Select Schedule ( 1 ). 3. Using the navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like to erase events and press OK . Tip: In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are underlined. 4. Press the right softkey button (Actions) and select Erase All ( 3 ). 5. An alert will appear notifying you of the number of events to be erased. Select Erase ( 1 ). Note: If the day for which you are erasing events contains a repeating event, you will receive the following prompt: "This is a recurring event. " Select Erase this ( 1 ) to erase a single occurrence, Erase all ( 2 ) to erase all occurrences of the event, or Cancel ( 3 ) to cancel the deletion of the repeating event. Going to Today's Schedule Menu If you are viewing the Schedule menu and wish to go to the Schedule menu for today's date: 1. From the Schedule menu, press the right softkey button (Actions). 2. Select Go to today ( 1 ). Purging Events To delete events older than a specified period of time: 1. From the Schedule menu, press the right softkey button (Actions). 2. Select Erase old ( 4 ). 3. Select the option to erase events older than One week ( 1 ), One month ( 2 ), One year ( 3 ), or One day ( 4 ). A report will inform you how many old events have been erased. Erasing a Day’s Events
To erase a scheduled day’s events:
1.
From the main menu, select
Organizer
(
).
2.
Select
Schedule
(
).
3.
Using the navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like
to erase events and press
.
Tip:
In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are underlined.
4.
Press the right softkey button (
Actions
) and select
Erase All

).
5.
An alert will appear notifying you of the number of events to be erased.

Note:
If the day for which you are erasing events contains a repeating
event, you will receive the following prompt: “This is a recurring event.
