Audio Line Out: Use this jack to send audio signals from the computer to external devices, such as stereo speakers with built-in amplifiers, multimedia keyboards, or the line-in receptacle of your stereo system. Audio Line In: Use this jack to send audio signals from an external device (such as a CD player or stereo) to your computer so that the signals can be recorded on the hard disk. Headphone: Use this jack to connect headphones or small bookshelf speakers to your computer. The speakers must have built-in amplifiers).
