Using printer menus Profiles List This menu selection prints a list of profiles stored on this printer. Menu Selection Profiles List Purpose Prints a list of profiles stored on the printer. Values After selecting this item, the page will print, and the printer will return to Ready. NetWare Setup Page This menu selection prints information relating to the internal print server. Menu selection NetWare Setup Page Purpose Values Prints information relating to the internal print server and the network settings defined by the Network Setup menu item in the Network Menu. After selecting this item, the page will print, and the printer will return to Ready. Print Fonts This menu selection prints a list of the fonts stored in the printer. Menu selection Print Fonts Purpose Values Prints a sample of all the fonts available for the selected printer language. PCL Fonts PS Fonts PPDS Fonts Prints a sample of all printer fonts available for PCL emulation. Prints a sample of all printer fonts available for PostScript emulation. Only displayed if Active. Print Directory This menu selection prints the directory listing. The directory listing is a list of the resources that are stored on a formatted optional flash memory card or hard disk. Menu selection Print Directory Purpose Prints a list of the resources that are stored on the optional flash memory card or hard disk. Note: Print Directory is available only when a nondefective flash or disk is installed and formatted. Values After selecting this item, the page will print, and the printer will return to Ready. 17
