The IPDS Color Mapping Table (CMT) is searched first (if one
exists). For HL colors not found in this table the User HL
Mapping Table file is used (if one exists). For HL colors not
found in this table, the default IPDS HL Grey algorithm is used

The User HL Mapping Table file is searched first (if one exists).

algorithm is used.

Both the IPDS Color Mapping Table (CMT) and the User HL
Mapping Table files are ignored. Only the default IPDS HL Grey
algorithm is used.
