Basics Copying Printing Scanning Faxing Troubleshooting Index Faxing 60 Using the Speed Dial menus You can store up to 70 speed dial numbers on your computer using the All-In-One Fax Setup Utility. You can store up to 59 individual names and numbers (1 - 59), ten small group numbers to fax groups of people from your individual list (60 - 69), and one large group number to fax to all of the individuals and groups listed (70). To set up your speed dial numbers: 1 Click Start Programs Lexmark X63 Scan & Copy Control Program. 2 Click File Setup. 3 Select the Copy/Fax tab, and then click the Fax Setup... button. 4 Select the Speed dial tab, and then enter the individual fax numbers. Once the speed dial numbers are set up, you are ready to begin faxing with Speed dial. 1 Load your document. For help, see Loading a document. 2 Press Speed Dial (the # button). 3 Press Options to view programmed fax numbers or press the keypad buttons to enter the Speed dial number associated with the name you want to fax to. 4 Press Start. Using the Speed Dial menus
You can store up to 70 speed dial numbers on your computer using the All-In-One Fax Setup
Utility. You can store up to 59 individual names and numbers (1 - 59), ten small group
numbers to fax groups of people from your individual list (60 - 69), and one large group
number to fax to all of the individuals and groups listed (70).
To set up your speed dial numbers:

Click Start
Programs
Lexmark X63
Scan & Copy Control Program.

Click File
Setup.

Select the Copy/Fax tab, and then click the Fax Setup... button.

Select the Speed dial tab, and then enter the individual fax numbers.
Once the speed dial numbers are set up, you are ready to begin faxing with Speed dial.

Press Speed Dial (the # button).

Press Options to view programmed fax numbers or press the keypad buttons to enter
the Speed dial number associated with the name you want to fax to.
