BIOS Setup RAS# Precharge Time (TRP) This item controls the number of cycles for Row Address Strobe (RAS) to be allowed to precharge. If insufficient time is allowed for the RAS to accumulate its charge before DRAM refresh, refresh may be incomplete and DRAM may fail to retain data. This item applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed in the system. Cycle Tim e (TRAS) This setting determines the time RAS takes to read from and write to a memory cell. UMA Fram e Buffer Size Frame Buffer is the video memory that stores data for video display (frame). This field is used to determine the memory size for Frame Buffer. Larger frame buffer size increases video performance. Surround View Function SURROUNDVIEW™ provides the power and convenience of multi-adapter, multimonitor support for computers that use an AGP- or PCI Express®-based graphics card in conjunction with ATI integrated graphics processors (IGPs). Setting options: [Enabled], [Disabled]. A-Link & GPP Configuration This setting controls the A-Link & GPP configuration. 3-13
