Manufacturer’s Guarantee for the longer of
either the remainder of this Manufacturer’s
Guarantee Period or a term of ninety five
(95) days after shipment of your repaired
or replaced Xbox 360 S or Accessory by
Microsoft
to you.
UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED UNDER
