Manually Configure LAN Switch Ports The modem router's LAN interference is a 10/100/1GBASE-T Ethernet switch. By default, the switch ports are set to automatically negotiate speed and duplex with any connected device. Manual configuration might be desirable if the devices fail to properly autonegotiate.  To manually configure LAN switch ports: 1. Launch an Internet browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the network. 2. Type http://www.routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com. A login window opens. 3. Enter the user name and password. The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive. The BASIC Home page displays. 4. Select ADVANCED > Setup > LAN Switch. 5. Select the appropriate speed and duplex. 6. To disable a LAN port, clear the check box in the Active column. 7. Click the Apply button. The modem router’s LAN interference is a 10/100/1GBASE-T Ethernet switch. By default, the
switch ports are set to automatically negotiate speed and duplex with any connected device.
Manual configuration might be desirable if the devices fail to properly autonegotiate.
To manually configure LAN switch ports:
1.

network.
