Sport Continuous Menu C Pre-shooting Cache When pre-shooting cache is set to On, shooting will start when the shutter-release button is pressed down halfway for more than 0.5 seconds, and images (up to ten) that were recorded just before the shutter-release button is pressed down fully will be saved. Up to a maximum of 35 images can be recorded during the period when the shutter-release button is pressed down fully. The current setting is displayed during shooting (when Off is selected, an icon for the current setting is not displayed) (A8). When the shutter-release button is pressed down halfway, the pre-shooting cache icon will glow in green.
