Ready LED (green) • Indicator on - the printer is on-line and ready to receive data. • Indicator off - the printer is off-line and cannot receive data. The meaning of the indicator LEDs when they flash (x) is summarized as follows: Meaning X X X X X Flash 1 - slow blink On Line. Off Line. Printer is warming up/ processing/ printing. X X X X X Flash 3 - rapid blink X X Flash 3 - Flash 3 - rapid blink rapid blink X No paper in the tray. Flash 1 - slow blink x Paper Jam. Flash 2 - blink X Toner low/Drum near end of Flash 2 - life. blink X Drum Cartridge at end of life. Flash 3 - rapid blink X Turn the printer off and on Flash 3 - again.
