Sharpness (Avoiding Sharp Silhouettes) Under ordinary shooting conditions, the subject's silhouette will be shot in a sharp, clearly-defined manner. Ordinarily, this is fine. However, when processing images on a computer, there may be times when a sharp silhouette on an image is not desirable. In such cases, change the sharpness setting to "SOFT".
