Face priority AF/pupil detection AF When [ON] is selected for face priority, the camera will set focus and digital ESP metering for faces indicated by white frames. Taking pictures using face priority 1 Display the live control (P. 20) and select [g FACE PRIORITY] using FG. 2 Use HI to select [ON] and press Q. P 250 F5.6 0.0 01:02:03 1023 5 Press the shutter button the rest of the way down to shoot. # Caution • Face priority applies only to the first shot in each sequence taken during sequential shooting. • Depending on the subject, the camera may not be able to correctly detect the face. • In metering modes other than [G (Digital ESP metering)], the camera will meter exposure for the selected position. $ Notes • Face priority is also available in [MF].
