Wireless LAN 95 4 Input the key you set for the access point to recognize the computer, and click [Connect]. Wait for the computer to connect to the wireless LAN access point. When [Successfully connected to XXXX] is displayed, the wireless LAN setting is complete. z [Save this network]: Add a check mark to save the password, settings, etc. z [Start this connection automatically]: Add a check mark so the computer automatically detects the access point and connects to the Internet. 5 Click [Close]. NOTE z If you cannot communicate with the access point or if the access point is not detected, right-click on the notifica- tion area and click [Connect to a network], and then click in the [Connect to a network] screen. z The settings depend on the network environment. Input the key you set for the access point to recognize the computer, and click [Connect].
Wait for the computer to connect to the wireless LAN access point.
When [Successfully connected to XXXX] is displayed, the wireless LAN setting is complete.
[Save this network]: Add a check mark to save the password, settings, etc.
[Start this connection automatically]: Add a check mark so the computer automatically detects the access point
and connects to the Internet.

NOTE
If you cannot communicate with the access point or if the access point is not detected, right-click
on the notifica-
tion area and click [Connect to a network], and then click
in the [Connect to a network] screen.
The settings depend on the network environment. For further information, ask the system administrator or the person
in charge of the network.
If you use the stealth type wireless LAN access point which restricts automatic detection of the wireless LAN access
point, take the following procedure.
If you do not perform the procedure below, you may not be able to access the wireless LAN access point automatically
or the wireless LAN access point may not be displayed on the [Connect to a network] screen.
