The camera automatically removes noise that appears when the shutter speed becomes slower to take pictures of night scenery etc. so you can take beautiful pictures. Applicable modes: [OFF]/[ON] Note • If you set [ON], the countdown screen is displayed when the shutter button is pressed. Do not move the camera at this time. After the countdown is finished, [PLEASE WAIT...] is displayed for the same time as the selected shutter speed for signal processing. • We recommend using a tripod when the shutter speed is slowed to take pictures. [ISO LIMIT SET] For details on [REC] mode menu settings, refer to P27. It will select optimal ISO sensitivity with set value as limit depending on the brightness of the subject. Applicable modes: [OFF]/[200]/[400]/[800]/[1600] Note • The upper limit of the ISO sensitivity can be set. • The higher the value set for the ISO sensitivity, the more the jitter is reduced but the greater the amount of picture noise. • It will work when the [SENSITIVITY] is set to [AUTO] or [ ].
