If such conditions persist even after you perform camera cleaning (page 41), use the special setup menu to execute the "REFRESH" operation (page 50). If you are using a matrix switcher with a camera cleaning function (WJ-SX550C), configure the matrix switcher Auto Cleaning settings so cleaning is performed once a day. ■ Downloading (saving) or uploading (recovering) camera preset data When downloading or uploading camera preset data, aim the camera at static objects such as a wall without moving the camera as much as possible. -7-
