Setting the Quick Zoom Function You can display the image at maximum magnification simply by pressing x/y on the zoom button once during zoom playback. 1 Press the MENU button. The [A Rec.Mode] menu appears. 2 Press the four-way controller (5). 3 Use the four-way controller (23) Set-up to select [Quick Zoom]. USB Connection PC 4 Use the four-way controller (45) Video Out NTSC Brightness Level to select [O (On)/P (Off)]. Power Saving 5sec 5 Press the shutter release button Quick Zoom Auto Power Off 3min halfway. MENU Exit The camera is ready for taking pictures. Playback/Deleting/Editing Calling Up the Images from the Built-in Memory 6 If you store your favorite images and sounds in the built-in memory, you can play them anytime you wish. (My album function) You can call them up from the built-in memory with the SD Memory Card installed in the camera. 1 With the SD Memory Card installed, hold down the Q Playback button for more than 4 seconds in Capture mode. The lens retracts two seconds after you press the Q button. The images and sounds in the built-in memory are played back after two more seconds. • You can play back "my album" in the same way as you play back images and sounds recorded on the SD Memory Card. • Stop the playback of "my album" to do the following. - To play back the images on the SD Memory Card. - To copy files between the SD Memory Card and the built-in memory. - To format an SD Memory Card or the built-in memory. • To stop the playback of "my album", do either of the followings. - Press the Q Playback button or press the shutter release button halfway. The camera returns to the Capture mode. - Turn off the camera. 130
