Taking Pictures Shutter release button Four-way controller OK button Taking Pictures Automatically (Auto Picture Mode) In (Auto Picture mode), the camera selects the most appropriate capture mode from - (Normal mode), A (Night Scene mode), q 4 (Landscape mode) and (Portrait mode) just by pressing the shutter release button. "Face Recognition AF" and "Face Recognition AE" are activated. When you point the camera at your subject's face, the camera automatically recognizes it, adjusting both focus and exposure. 1 Press the four-way controller (3) in Capture mode. The Mode Palette appears. 2 Use the four-way controller (2345) to select (Auto Auto Picture Picture mode). 3 Press the OK button. MENU Cancel OK OK 4 Press the shutter release button 36 halfway. Taking Pictures
In
(Auto Picture mode), the camera selects the most appropriate
capture mode from
