Standard
(Autofocus mode)
The camera focuses on the object in the autofocus area
when the shutter release button is pressed halfway. Use
this mode when the distance to the subject is more than
approx. 35 cm (16 in.).

This mode is used when the distance to the subject is
approx. 12 cm – 40 cm (4.7 in. – 16 in.). The camera
focuses on the object in the autofocus area when the
