Switching Between Calls When you have an active call and a call on hold, you may switch between the two calls, changing the one call on hold to active and placing the other call on hold. 1. Touch flash to swap between the two calls. The current call is placed on hold and the previous call on hold is then reactivated so that you can continue conversing with that person. 2. Touch flash again to swap back. 3. Touch end call to end the currently active call. The call on hold is then reconnected. Answering a Call During a Call in Progress 1. There are several options available when a call is received when you have a call in progress. Touch one of the following: • answer: Allows you to answer the incoming call and put the first call on hold. • ignore: Sends the new call to your voicemail. The first call stays connected. 2. If you selected answer, touch flash to swap between the two calls. 3-Way (Multi-Party) Calling The 3-Way or Multi-Party feature allows you to make or answer a series of incoming calls and place them on hold. If this service is supported by the network, all calls can be joined together. 1. While connected to two different callers (one is on hold), touch merge calls. Switching Between Calls
When you have an active call and a call on hold, you may
switch between the two calls, changing the one call on hold
to active and placing the other call on hold.

Touch
flash
to swap between the two calls.
The current call is placed on hold and the previous call
on hold is then reactivated so that you can continue
