Display Month View 1. Touch month. The calendar will switch to month view. 2. Swipe up and down to move between months. 3. Touch Back to return to the main calendar screen. Calendar Options 1. Touch menu: • Touch refresh to resync the calendar with the latest updates from members. • Touch pin to start to pin the room to the Home screen. • Touch show all calendars to view all your calendars at once. • Touch choose background to change the background of the room. • Touch rename to rename the room. • Touch delete room to delete the room. • Touch learn about rooms for more information. Using Room Notes The room has shared notes which all members can view and update. 1. From the Home screen, touch People. 2. Swipe to the together list, then touch the room you want to view. 3. Swipe to the notes screen. 4. Touch an entry to view details. Creating a New Note 1. Touch add. The SHARED NOTES screen appears. 2. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter a note. 3. Touch the Enter title field to enter a note title. 4. Touch Back to preview the note, then touch Back again to return to the main notes screen. 56
