In-Call Options Switching the Microphone Off (Mute) You can temporarily switch your phone's microphone off, so that the other party cannot hear you. Example: You wish to say something to another person in the room but do not want the other party to hear you. To switch the microphone off temporarily: 1. Press the Options soft key. 2. Searching for a Number in the Phonebook You can search for a number in the phonebook during a call. 1. Press the Options soft key. 2. Press the option. key to highlight the Phonebook 3. If you enter the first few letter of the name, the phonebook entries are listed, starting with the first entry matching your input. The entry is also highlighted. 5. Switching the Microphone Off (Mute)
You can temporarily switch your phone’s
microphone off, so that the other party cannot hear
you.
Example
: You wish to say something to another

other party to hear you.
To switch the microphone off temporarily:

Press the

You can search for a number in the phonebook
during a call.

key to highlight the
Phonebook
option.
3.
Press the
OK
soft key.
The phonebook entries are listed.
4.
Enter the name that you wish to find.
If you enter the first few letter of the name, the
phonebook entries are listed, starting with the
first entry matching your input. The entry is also
highlighted.
5.
To view the highlighted entry, press the
View
soft key.
