Advanced Features Restoring the Last Image Deleted Available in w mode You can restore an image erased by mistake if it is the most recent image deleted. Do not perform any operation, except the procedure below to recover the image. 1 Set the Mode Dial to "w", then power the camera. 2 Press the MENU button until the menu screen appears. 3 Press l or m to select "~", then press the SET button. 4 Press l or m to select "UNDO LAST IMAGE", then press the SET button. • The camera displays the last deleted image and restores it to the memory card. Note: • You cannot restore an image after performing any of the operations below. - Deleting all images - Deleting another image - Capturing an image - Setting the protection or print order - Formatting the card - Saving the image with effect Turning off the Speaker Available in w mode You can turn off the sound while viewing motion images or still images with sound data attached. 1 Set the Mode Dial to "w", then power the camera. 2 Press the MENU button until the menu screen appears. 3 Press l or m to select "~", then press the SET button. 4 Press l or m to select "SPEAKER", then press the SET button. SP E A KER OFF ON Note: • SPEAKER turns the camera speaker on or off.
