WIM The Wireless Identity Module is a data module for electronic identity certificates. It can contain both trusted and client certificates, private keys and algorithms needed for WTLS handshaking, encryption, decryption, and signature generation. The WIM module can be placed on a SIM card, called a SWIM card. WML Wireless Markup Language. A markup language used for authoring services, fulfilling the same purpose as HyperText Markup Language (HTML) does on the World Wide Web (WWW). In contrast to HTML, WML is designed to fit small handheld devices. WTLS Wireless Transport Layer Security.
