Troubleshooting (Continued) Audio is not recorded properly. • If an external microphone or other device is connected or disconnected while recording a movie, the audio may not be recorded properly. Audio is recorded properly by restoring the connection state of the microphone that was in force at the start of recording. • Audio is not recorded if [AUDIO REC LEVEL] is adjusted so that the volume is set to the minimum.
