This input port can be used as a composite video input (VIDEO 1) or as a component video input (COMPONENT). For composite use, connect the yellow jack to Y for video and use audio L (mono) and R for audio signal. For component connection, use Y, PB, PR for video signals and also connect the audio L (mono) and R for audio signal. This TV can auto detect and switch between the VIDEO 1 and COMPONENT when VIDEO 1 or COMPONENT is connected. To set to auto detection, press HOME, select Settings, and then select the Setup settings. Select the Video1/Component Selection option in AV Setup then set to Auto. Connects to the audio input jack of your analog audio equipment. You can use this output to listen to your TV's audio through your stereo system. You can enjoy contents stored in DLNA Certified™ devices via a network (page 35), and also IPTV, Yahoo! Widgets and Internet Browser are available. Connects to USB equipment to access photo, music, and video files. The USB Wireless LAN Adapter (UWA-BR100) is available as an optional accessory. Connects to the composite video output jack of video equipment. If you have mono equipment, connect its audio output port to the TV's L (MONO) audio input port. • An HDMI or Component video (YPBPR) connection is required to view 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i and 1080p video formats. 1080/24p is available only with HDMI connection. 12
