Troubleshooting Other problems I receive e-mail messages from Mailer Daemon B Your mail has not been sent. Check the e-mail address you are mailing to. You may also receive mail from Mailer Daemon if the mail server of the receiver is not working or if the receiver has changed his/her e-mail address. I cannot synchronize the mail data with the e-mail software on my computer B Check that the setting to transfer e-mail messages is correct. b For details, refer to "CLIE Mail: Transferring e-mail messages from your computer: Setting up your computer for HotSync e-mail transfers" in the "CLIÉ Application Manual" (HTML format). In addition, you may be able to ascertain the cause if you check the log. Perform the HotSync® operation and tap [Log] on your CLIÉ handheld. Problems with CLIE Update Wizard Installation problem Modules are not installed on my CLIÉ handheld B Perform a HotSync® operation after registering a module to the HotSync® Manager on the CLIE Update Wizard window. When you perform a hard reset on your CLIÉ handheld, modules installed using CLIE Update Wizard are erased from your CLIÉ handheld. To restore these modules, select the HotSync® operation check box for the modules with a blue dot on CLIE Update Wizard. 39
