If replacement of the plug or cord is needed, use only identical replacement parts. - Do not use an extension cord. - Read instruction manual before using. 5 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 5.2 Intended Use WARNING ■ This pressure washer is designed for cleaning jobs around the home and garden, cleaning garden furniture, walkways, patios, vehicles, trailers and other similar applications. ■ Use your pressure washer only for cleaning solid surfaces and other items that will not be damaged by water or the force of the spray jet. ■ Use the pressure washer only as described in this manual. Do not use it for other purposes, since misuse may result in personal injury or property damage, including damage to the pressure washer. - Never attempt to modify or override the pressure washer's controls or safety devices in any way. - Never use a pressure washer that has been modified or altered from its original design. 5.3 Operator WARNING ■ Working with the pressure washer can be strenuous. The operator must be in good physical condition and mental health. To reduce the risk of personal injury from fatigue and loss of control: - Check with your doctor before using the pressure washer if you have any health condition that may be aggravated by strenuous work. - Do not operate the pressure washer while under the influence of any substance (drug, alcohol or medication, etc.) that might impair vision, balance, dexterity or judgment. - Be alert. Do not operate the pressure washer when you are tired.
