Remedy Carefully dry or clean the igniter. Clean ports on burner cap with a wire, a needle or straightened paper clip. Align burner cap properly on burner base. Refer to the Installation Manual. Have a qualified electrician ground the appliance properly. Restore gas supply to the unit. Check for open circuit breaker. Check that power supply line connection is connected to the proper voltage.
