4 Replacement Procedures 4.30 Fluorescent Lamp Assembling the 15.0-inch SXGA+ LG.Philips Fluorescent Lamp To assembling the 15.0-inch SXGA+ LG.Philips fluorescent lamp, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-100 to 4-103. 1. Install the cover assembly bottom (L), sheets, light guide, adhesive tape and board assembly. 1) Remove the protect sheet from the cover assembly bottom (L). 2) Secure the cover assembly bottom (L) with the two screws. NOTE: Maximum value of torque is 2.0kg•cm. 3) Install the light guide and sheets. (Secure the reflection sheet with double-sided tape.) NOTE: No penetration of foreign object is indispensable not to scratch on the surface of the sheets and light guide. 4) Stick the adhesive tape to fix the sheets. 5) Install the board assembly. (Secure the gate PCB with double-sided tape.) NOTE: Be careful not to apply excessive force to the PCB and TCP. 4-140 Satellite A20 Maintenance Manual (960-444)
