4 Replacement Procedures 4.6 Heat sink/CPU 3. Remove the following screws securing the CPU holder, in the reverse order of the number marked on the holder. • M2.5×6B FLAT HEAD screw ×3 4. Remove the CPU holder. 5. Release the lock lever (lift the lock lever vertically) and lift up the heat sink. Remove the CPU from the heat sink CAUTION: As silicon grease is applied between the heat sink and CPU, the CPU is removed with the heat sink. CPU
from the heat sink
