Line in use List empty Low battery Microphone on Muted New voicemail No battery No line An extension phone, or one of the handsets is in use. There are no call block list entries. The handset battery needs to be recharged. The mute function is turned off and the other party can hear you. The microphone is off. The other party cannot hear you. There are new voicemail messages from your telephone service provider. The handset in the telephone base or handset charger has no battery installed. There is no telephone line connection.
