Reporting The Reporting Configuration window allows customizing of how often printers are queried for reporting information and what information is included when generating printer reports. PrinterMap's reporting function may also be disabled. This allows the user to enable or disable PrinterMap's Reporting functionality. If the intention is to use PrinterMap only as a status manager for printers, or PrinterMaps's significant disk space requirements for reporting cannot be met, this function may be disabled. Doing do deletes all existing reporting data. A Disable button is located at the top of the Reporting Configuration window. This allows enabling or disabling of PrinterMap's Reporting functionality. Deleting the disable function deletes all existing reporting data. Beneath the Disable button is the Standard Report Polling section of the Reporting Configuration window. This section is used to specify how often data is collected. It also specifies when data collection starts for generating standard reports. The selected Standard Report Polling Interval determines how much control exists to specify the Standard Report Polling Interval Start values. For example, if Hourly is checked, the status poll begins gathering data at the top of every hour. Start values need not be specified. Reporting
The Reporting Configuration window allows customizing of how often printers are
