Appendix Troubleshooting No sound is produced by your CP5 or CP50 when a sequence is played on a connected computer or MIDI device.  Confirm that the channel being used by the computer to transmit MIDI data matches the stage piano's receive channel. Press the [UTILITY] button  Jump to Page 5 by pressing the [5] button  Turn Knob 1 to set the RcvCh parameter appropriately. Transmission and reception of data using the Bulk Dump function is not working.  If you are having trouble transmitting data, ensure that the stage piano's device number setting matches the device number of the connected MIDI device.
