Connection (6) Connecting speakers Connect powered speakers to the UW500's OUTPUT jacks (RCA pin L/R jacks) using appropriate cables. Before connecting speakers, be sure to turn off the speakers. Also, before turning the power to the UW500 and speakers on or off, lower the volume level of both units to minimum. (7) Connecting an audio device Connect an audio device, such as a CD player, to the INPUT 3 jacks (RCA pin L/R jacks) using an appropriate cable. Set the INPUT SELECT switch on the rear panel to "MONO" or "STEREO." If you wish to output signals from the OUTPUT jacks or PHONES jack, bypassing the computer, connect it to the AUX IN jacks. Connect powered speakers to the UW500’s OUTPUT jacks (RCA pin L/R jacks) using
appropriate cables.
Before connecting speakers, be sure to turn off the speakers. Also, before
turning the power to the UW500 and speakers on or off, lower the volume
level of both units to minimum.
(7) Connecting an audio device
Connect an audio device, such as a CD player, to the INPUT 3 jacks (RCA pin L/R
