Should interference to this system occur, try this: 0 Operation The driver's door will unlock when UNLOCK is pressed. If pressed again within 25 seconds, all doors will unlock, Pressing any button will also illuminate the interior lamps. (See "Illuminated Entry'' in the Index.) All doors will lock when LOCK is pressed. The trunk will unlock when the opened trunk symbol is messed, but only when the ignition is OFF. Check to determine if battery replacement is necessary. Other vehicles or objects may be blocking the signal. service. Matching Transmitter(s)To Your Vehicle Each key chain transmitter is coded to prevent another transmitter from unlocking your vehicle. If a transmitter is lost or stolen, areplacement can be purchased through your retailer. Remember to bring any remaining transmitters with you when you go to your retailer. When the retailer matches the replacement transmitter to your vehicle, the remaining transmitters must also be matched. Once the new transmitter is coded, the lost transmitter will not unlock your vehicle. You can match a transmitter to as many different vehicles as you own, provided they are equipped with exactly the SCII'IW model s y . m n . (General Motors offers several different models of these systems on their vehicles.)
