No configuration information will be lost but the log files will be erased. This function may be of use if you are experiencing problems and you wish to re-establish your Internet connection. Any network users who are currently accessing the Internet will have their access interrupted whilst the restart takes place, and they may need to reboot their computers when the restart has completed and the Router is operational again.
