127 U S I N G T H E M A C H I N E A S A P R I N T E R Paper Tray The machine ejects paper with printed surfaces face down into the paper tray at the front of the machine. When you use transparencies, remove each sheet immediately after printing, to prevent a paper jam or curled sheets. Simultaneous Printing/Faxing Your machine can print data from your computer while sending or receiving a fax, or while scanning information into the computer. However, when the machine is copying or receiving a fax on paper, it pauses the PC printing operation, and resumes when copying or fax receiving is complete. Fax sending continues during PC printing. Printer Operation Keys On/Off Line FF/Cont Print Priority Test/Reset On/Off Line Key This key toggles the machine's On Line and Off Line print status, which appears on the display. If you press this key while printing, the machine immediately stops printing and goes offline. Press On/Off Line again to resume printing. FF/Cont Key This key sets the machine for Form Feed, Continue (Cont) Key. When the screen displays REMAINED DATA, press On/Off Line, then press FF/Cont. The machine prints any data remaining in the printer memory.

USING THE MACHINE AS A PRINTER
Paper Tray
